We adjust pressure and technique based on the surface. Wood decks get soft washing with lower pressure to clean thoroughly without splintering or raising the grain. Composite and Trex decks are treated the same way.
Most decks and patios take 1-3 hours depending on size and condition. A standard 400 sq ft deck is usually done in about 1.5 hours.
Yes. We use biodegradable cleaning solutions that kill and lift algae, mold, and mildew at the root — not just surface-clean it. The results are noticeably different from a standard rinse.
Decks and patios start at $175. Larger areas, multi-level decks, or heavily soiled surfaces may be quoted higher. Estimates are always free.
We recommend sealing wood decks 48-72 hours after cleaning, once the surface is fully dry. We don't offer sealing ourselves, but cleaning is the essential first step before any stain or sealant is applied.
