Yes, done right. Original 1950s–60s concrete has aged and can spall if someone uses too narrow a tip at too high a pressure. We use a flat surface cleaner at a controlled pressure that cleans the slab evenly without gouging or damaging the older concrete.
Most of it, yes. Georgia clay runoff and algae pull out cleanly, and deep-set oil and rust on 60-year-old concrete lighten significantly. A first cleaning on a long-neglected Chamblee driveway usually makes a dramatic difference.
